    Return Conditions

    We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product (unless stated otherwise).
    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
    • If the item is damaged or faulty during shipping, please provide relevant photos as proof.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Used or damaged items, unless the damage is due to a quality issue.
    • Sale items, custom-made, or personalized products (unless there is a quality issue).

    Return Process

    1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at support@customizejersey.shop, including your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return request.
    3. Return Instructions: After confirmation, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions.
    4. Return Shipping: Ship the returned item back within 15 days from the date you receive return confirmation. Please also provide a tracking number.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to a quality issue or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Restocking Fee

    • We do not charge a restocking fee.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@customizejersey.shop.

    Order Cancellation

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment free of charge.
    • To cancel your order, please email or call us with your order number.
    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can follow the return process once you receive the item.
